Los Angeles Warehouse
Event Venues & Spaces

The industrial warehouse is the ultimate blank canvas for Los Angeles' most ambitious creative projects. From large-scale brand activations and immersive pop-ups to multi-day product launches, trade shows, and corporate events — and for the feature films, television series, commercials, and music videos that depend on the same character and scale — our portfolio offers a curated selection of premier industrial properties, hand-picked for footprint, character, and production-grade readiness.

The industrial advantage

Scale and flexibility

Massive open spans

Vast, column-free interiors with soaring ceilings — 20, 30, even 40 feet — and unobstructed footprints that accommodate ambitious set construction, full-scale brand builds, vehicle access, and complex event installations. The canvas matches the brief.

Robust power and infrastructure

Ample industrial power for extensive film lighting grids, concert-level audio/visual rigs, multi-camera broadcast setups, and the complex technical requirements of a major activation or production. Three-phase availability, rigging points, and the back-of-house infrastructure programs of this scale require.

Production-grade access

Multiple ground-level roll-up doors, drive-in capability, and loading docks — and some properties include paved lots for parking and staging. Vehicles drive into the space. Production trucks stage on-site. Crews load in once and stay.

Indoor/outdoor flow

Many properties pair the warehouse interior with paved outdoor footprints — parking lots, loading yards, alleys — that double as activation extensions, basecamp, or atmospheric exterior sets. The right indoor/outdoor pairing solves problems most LA venues create.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes a good warehouse filming location in Los Angeles?

Real scale, high ceilings (20 to 40 feet), ground-level roll-up doors for drive-in access, and industrial power for lighting and grip. Some of our warehouses are column-free and others have classic bow-truss or columned interiors — the right choice depends on your build and your shot. Many properties include on-site lots for staging production trucks.

How big are the warehouses in your portfolio?

Our warehouses range from 2,500 to 150,000 square feet, with ceiling heights from 20 to 40 feet. Several properties pair the interior with paved outdoor lots that extend the usable space for basecamp, staging, or vehicle access.

How do I book a warehouse in Los Angeles?

Tell us your dates, project type, and space requirements, and we'll match your brief to the right warehouse and send a tailored quote. We represent our properties exclusively, so you get one accountable point of contact from inquiry through load-out.

Can I rent a warehouse for an event, not just filming?

Yes — with an important caveat. Many of our warehouses work as blank-canvas event venues for brand activations, pop-ups, product launches, and trade shows. However, not every warehouse is zoned for public occupancy. Often a temporary change of use permit can be obtained if the warehouse has the attributes the fire department requires — fire sprinklers and properly identified exits. We'll tell you up front which properties qualify for your event.

Do your warehouses have drive-in access and parking?

Many do. A large share of the collection offers ground-level roll-up doors, drive-in capability, and loading docks, and some properties include paved lots for parking and staging — so vehicles enter the space and crews load in once and stay put.
