RATES FOR EVENTS & FILMING

The below pricing is general and subject to change based on various factors including the property, time of year, duration, footprint, number of attendees,, nature of the event or project, and the impact on the property.

Event Pricing Breakdown

Event Days:

  • Rate: $20,000 - $40,000 per day

  • Duration: 14 hours (OT after 14 hrs)

Prep & Post Days:

  • Rate: $10,000 - $20,000 per day

  • Duration: 12 hours (OT after 12 hrs)

Site Representative:

  • Rate: $1,000 per day

  • Duration: 14 hours (OT after 14 hrs)

Property Manager: (not required at all properties)

  • Rate: $750 per day

  • Duration: 14 hours (OT after 14 hrs)

Electric:

  • Rate: $250+ per day (HVAC and household outlets)

  • Note: Final price depends on draw and does not include tying into the mainframe.

Cleaning Fee:

  • Rate: $750+

  • Note: Final price depends on impact.

Required House Security:

  • Rate: $100 per hour per operative (2-6 are required based on event details)

  • Minimum Duration: 6 hours on Event Days (OT after 8 hrs)

 Filming Pricing Breakdown

Shoot Days:

·   Rate: $10,000 - $30,000 per day

·   Duration: 14 hours (OT after 14 hrs)

Prep & Post Days:

·   Rate: $5,000 - $15,000 per day

·   Duration: 12 hours (OT after 12 hrs)

Prelight & Rehearsal Days:

·   Rate: $7,500 - $22,500 per day

·   Duration: 12 hours (OT after 12 hrs)

Hold Days:

·   Rate: $2,500 - $7,500 per day

Site Representative:

·   Rate: $750.00 per day

·   Duration: 12 hours (OT after 12 hrs)

·   Note: 2 site reps are required for cast & crews over 75 people

Property Manager: (not required at all properties)

·   Rate: $750.00 per day

·   Duration: 12 hours (OT after 12 hrs)

Electric:

·   Rate: $200+ per day (HVAC and household outlets)

·   Note:  Does not include tying into the mainframe.

Cleaning Fee:

·   Rate: $350+

·   Note: Final price depends on property, footprint & impact.
