We don't work from a rate card. Every quote is built around the specifics of your project — the venue, the season, the duration, and the nature of the production. A feature film, a commercial shoot, a public-facing brand activation, and an invite-only event each have a different impact on the property, so each is priced accordingly. Our goal is a clear, comprehensive estimate that fits your budget and creative ambition, with no hidden fees and no surprises.
Two things to note up front:
We book full-day and multi-day use only. No hourly rates.
For bookings of two weeks or more, we offer customized long-term pricing packages.
Below is a general pricing framework for the two main project types. Let me know which fits, and we'll build you a detailed quote.
Events & Brand Activations:
Ideal for pop-ups, product launches, corporate events, and brand experiences. Rates based on a 14-hour event day and 12-hour prep/post day.
Base Venue Fees
Event Days: $20,000 – $60,000 per day (14 hours)
Prep & Post Days: $10,000 – $30,000 per day (12 hours)
Standard Event Fees
Site Representative: $1,000 per day (14 hours)
Property Manager: $750 per day (required at select venues)
House Security: $100 per hour, per guard (6-hour minimum); 2–6 guards typically required based on event details
Base Electric: $250+ per day (standard household outlets and HVAC; mainframe tie-in not included)
Post-Event Cleaning: $750+ (final price depends on property and impact)
Filming & Photo Shoots:
Designed for commercials, television, feature films, and photo shoots. Rates based on a 12–14-hour shoot day and 10–12-hour prep/post day.
Base Location Fees
Shoot Days: $10,000 – $40,000 per day (12–14 hours)
Prep & Post Days: $5,000 – $20,000 per day (10–12 hours)
Prelight & Rehearsal Days: $7,500 – $30,000 per day (10–12 hours)
Hold Days: $2,500 – $10,000 per day
Standard Filming & Photo Fees
Site Representative: $750 per day (12 hours); a second Site Rep is required for cast and crew over 60 people
Property Manager: $750 per 12-hour day (required at select venues)
Base Electric: $200+ per day (standard household outlets and HVAC; mainframe tie-in not included)
Post-Shoot Cleaning: $350+ (final price depends on property and impact)
Customizable Add-Ons & Services
The following are coordinated and quoted separately based on your project's specific needs:
Electric tie-in to mainframe (plus labor and equipment)
Dumpster rental and removal
Parking and valet services
