THE RIGHT VENUE FOR THE RIGHT BRAND

Los Angeles Warehouse
Photo Shoot Studios

This collection is curated specifically for the technical and logistical demands of professional film, television, and commercial production — and for the select brand activations and corporate events that require the same production-grade infrastructure. These properties are walked, vetted, and selected for what happens between call time and wrap.

Vetted for the demands of production

Production-ready warehouses

Controlled environments

Properties chosen for blackout capability, sound-dampening, silent HVAC, and the controllable conditions that clean audio and precise lighting require. No fighting daylight when you don't want it. No ambient noise breaking takes.

Base camp and crew parking solutions

Large, secure private lots that handle base camp operations, equipment trucks, talent trailers, and dedicated crew parking. A real production answer to the most under-discussed problem on LA shoots — where everyone parks and stages without burning permits and neighbor relations.

Dedicated support and staging areas

Built-in production offices, green rooms, dressing rooms, and dedicated space for hair, makeup, and wardrobe — already part of the building, not improvised. Single-location days that genuinely stay single-location.

Advanced rigging and power capabilities

Pre-existing rigging points for lighting, grip, and stunt work, alongside heavy-duty three-phase power distribution designed for the load of a full crew and rig. Honest amperage at the panel, not the listing-photo version.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes a warehouse good for stills rather than motion?

Daylight quality and surface variety. Skylights, clerestory windows, and big north-facing openings give photographers soft directional light, while concrete, brick, and steel provide backgrounds that shift look within a single space.

Is there space for hair, makeup, and wardrobe?

Most properties include separate rooms or areas that work for glam, styling, and client viewing. Where a space is a single open volume, we say so, so you can budget for tenting or trailers.

Can these spaces be used for a full day of photography?

Yes — we book full days and multi-day use only, which suits photo production where setup, shooting, and wrap fill the day. Prep days are billed lower than shoot days.

Do you have warehouses with cyc walls or infinity coves?

Several properties include cyc walls, and others are open enough to build one. If the shot needs seamless white or a specific sweep, tell us and we will point you to the spaces that already have it.
