  • Outdoor Space: A spacious 3,500 sq ft outdoor lot provides a blank canvas for outdoor scenes, event activations, base camp, or additional crew parking.

  • VIP Lounge & Production Office: A separate 650 sq ft VIP lounge offers a private space for talent and clients, while a 500 sq ft office provides a dedicated hub for production teams.

  • Parking & Load-In: The venue includes a private 10-car parking lot, access to an extra lot across the street, and large butterfly doors for easy vehicle and equipment load-in.
